Follow this step by step method to change your Jio ID through the MyJio app
- Sign into the MyJio app using the existing Jio ID
- Tap on your name on the menu bar
- Tap on e-mail
- Enter the new e-mail ID, you will have to generate a new OTP to register your new e-mail ID
- Verify your e-mail ID from the verification link sent to your e-mail address
- Your updated e-mail address is your new Jio ID

- Use your existing Jio ID and password to log in
- Click on your name in the top right corner on the website
- Go to profile settings on the menu bar
- On the e-mail id, click on the edit option
