After enabling the above settings, restart your mobile & check if you are getting VoLTE/LTE/4G sign along with signal bars on your handset
  • Ensure that you have completed the tele-verification process using your Jio SIM by dialing 1977. For details on tele-verification, click here.
Please note: If you have received the Jio SIM using eKYC, you need not do tele-verification. Click here to track your activation status. You can also track your activation using MyJio App through ‘Track Order’ functionality.
  • Check the number of signal bars visible on your mobile screen. If you see no signal bars or a single bar or it keeps fluctuating, you are in a low coverage area. Click here to raise your concern through a Service Request. (After signing in with your Jio ID & Password, select ‘Service Request’ option from your profile name at the top right hand corner).
Note: If you are able to call Jio numbers, but unable to call other operator numbers, it is due to insufficient interconnection capacity provided by them. We are pursuing with the operators and the authorities to resolve the issue at the earliest. Thank you for your understanding.

If there are full signal bars, but you still cannot make calls despite running above mentioned checks, click here to raise your concern through a Service Request. (After signing in with your Jio ID & Password, select ‘Service Request’ option from your profile name at the top right hand corner)
