- Check the colour of the LED light; a constant green glow indicates that the set-top box is turned on.
- If the set-top box has a constant red light, it is in standby mode, so push the power button to turn it on.
- If you observe a blinking green light, your set-top box has to be rebooted.
- If you detect a blinking red light, call JioFiber customer service.
- If there is no light, check the power adaptor connection.
- Make sure you’re using the right HDMI input. If the problem persists, unplug and replug the HDMI cable.
- If the problem persists, check the set-top box’s block status on the home screen. In case your set-top box is blocked, go to the MyJio app on your device and click on My Device. Select your set-top box and click on ‘Unblock’ to unblock it.
